Ingredients (Makes 10–12 balls):

1 tbsp olive oil or butter

1 onion, finely chopped
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1½ cups fresh breadcrumbs (or use day-old bread)

1 tbsp Mother’s Spicex Garam Masala

1 tsp Mother’s Spicex Turmeric Powder (for colour & depth)

2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander (optional)

Salt & pepper to taste

1 egg, beaten

2–3 tbsp vegetable stock or water, if needed
How to Make It:

Preheat oven to 180°C (fan) / 200°C (conventional).

In a pan, sauté onion and garlic in oil or butter until soft.

In a large bowl, mix breadcrumbs with Garam Masala, Turmeric Powder, coriander, salt, and pepper.

Stir in the sautéed onion mix, then add the beaten egg.
